The location is great: just a few steps away from the beach, and close to many convenience stores, restaurants (I'd recommend Com Tam Ut Van), cafes (Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC (Lucia Gym). Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious enough and clean enough. The cost is very affordable.

Lovely and helpful staff. Excellent location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Good basic breakfast buffet. Nice view from our apartment balcony. The apartment has everything you need. Did not get the chance to check out the pool, but good to know there is one!

Good location to the beach. Breakfast was buffet style catering for all. Price was tremendous. Apartment was clean and serviced daily if you wish. Little pool was a bonus for our two boys.

Nice location close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. The staff are very friendly, especially Vi in the restaurant who always knew who we were and was very helpful. There is a good if eclectic mix of breakfast food. We had a studio room with a kitchen which looked out on the main street. It was very spacious and comfortable with a good bed.

Staff were helpful,organized bike rental and looked after us well. Especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast,Vi,the lady looking after it was amazing,she kept the dining area clean and nice,big choice of food.She always greeted everyone too,which was appreciated

Fantastic value for money. Couple of minutes walk to beach. Excellent buffet breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Lovely, helpful staff with on-site spa which is brilliant ( highly recommend the facials and body massage). Laundry done on-site for 40K a kg. Would definitely return here.
