The location is great: just a few steps away from the beach, and close to many convenience stores, restaurants (I'd recommend Com Tam Ut Van), cafes (Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC (Lucia Gym). Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious enough and clean enough. The cost is very affordable.

For a start, all employees were just fantastic, friendly, competent and dedicated towards their work tasks. In particular Joycee, Amie, Cindy, and Lily at the front desk are a great asset to the hotel. The members of the restaurant are 10/10, efficient, friendly and very obligingly when I asked for something special (heating my oats in the microwav every morning). The location is just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Hundreds of restaurants, local and international, are all within easy walking distance. My stay (Apartment 601) was for 30-days. I highly recommend the Richico for all travellers, and I can assure you will be looked after!

Good location, short walk to My Khe Beach, many eateries nearby. Staff were very friendly and attended to my queries before and during our stay in particularly Thanh Hien (Joyce) for her helpfulness in attending to our needs during our stay! Joyce always carries a smiling face :) which brightens our days! Good stayed!

Loved the position, although noisy, it was right in the chaos, which was great. The air con was good on the really hot days, after a short walk back from beach. Beds were comfy in our 3 bedroom apt. Everything was clean. Daughter 9 yo says her fave stay so far. Staff were wonderful at front desk, with Cuong and Amie ensuring we were always happy.

The hotel is nice, sunny and relatively clean. The staff is kind and polite. Breakfast is alright, and they are improving it (there's a new management and they're working hard). There are many convenience stores, cafes, restaurants (my favourite is Ut Van broken rice), and even a nice gym with AC nearby (Lucia Gym). The beach is only 100 meters away. There's a desk so you can work at your laptop.

The location is very strategic with only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The size of the room is not too small with complete facilities (except for kitchen utensils). It was clean and the bed was comfortable. For breakfast, you can choose the menu between instant fried noodles or banh mi. The staff is very helpful since the booking that I made was for three-rooms and I only need two rooms. I was able to cancel my booking and create a new booking.
